Enable Developer Option , Hotspot , Accessibility and More Hidden Feature Online in KaiOS Devices.

As you can see in the thumbnail above, I have turned on Hotspot in my Jio Phone.

You can also turn on Developer options and other features like Accessibility.

In this post, I have given more than 12 options for your Jio Phone or any KaiOS Device.

You can use these options easily in your KaiOS Device.

It will helpful to you to enable Developer Tools , Hotspot , Accessibility and more features.


Let me tell you about the use of these options in Jio Phone or any KaiOS device.

Developer Options

The Settings app on Android or KaiOS includes a screen called Developer Options that lets you configure system behaviors that help you profile and debug your app performance.

In KaiOS Devices, you can enable debugging over USB, capture a bug report, enable visual feedback for taps, flash window surfaces when they update, use the GPU for 2D graphics rendering, and more.

Developer HUD

Developer HUD is same as Developer Options.

You can capture frames per second or timing to be loaded resources.

A Developer Tool is also here to help you to showing problems and errors in Jio Phone or any KaiOS Device.

Sound Settings

Sound settings allow you to specify the digital audio output mode and the audio language for your system.

Display Settings

Display Settings allows you to change the size and color of texts and caption. If you want to change the size of your text and apps, you can change from here.

Accessibility Settings

The Accessibility Menu is a large on-screen menu to control your Android or KaiOS device. You can control gestures, hardware buttons, navigation, and more. From the menu, you can take the following actions like Take screenshots, Lock screen.

Hotspot Activity Window

A hotspot is a physical location where people can access the Internet, typically using Wi-Fi, via a wireless local area network (WLAN) with a router connected to an Internet service provider.

Hotspot Name & Password Settings

A hotspot needs a name , password and security type to run. You can change name and password of your hotspot by clicking option above.

Notification Settings

 A notification system is a combination of software and hardware that provides a means of delivering a message to a set of recipients. It commonly shows activity related to an account. Such systems constitute an important aspect of modern Web applications.

Homescreen Settings

If no app is open, your home screen will appear. By default, your main home screen shows the date, werther, and the apps.

Themes Settings

The Theme Settings determine options for your device such as color, default fonts, image sizes, content types, and more. You can choose your themes by clicking the option above.

Flip to Answer Mode

To answer a call open slider or press call button when incoming a call. Slide up to dial a call input phone number and press call icon.

This option is only working in those KaiOS Devices who's have slide panel on keyboard like Nokia 8110 4G.

Wi-Fi Settings

Wi-Fi is a wireless networking technology that allows devices such as computers (laptops and desktops), mobile devices (smart phones and wearables), and other equipment (printers and video cameras) to interface with the Internet. 

Volte Voice Over Wi-Fi Settings

VoWiFi uses the internet as the mode of transmission for calls, SMS, and MMS. It stands for voice over WiFi. It works with the existing Airtel/Jio SIM, through the default phone dialer and messaging app without any need for 3rd party app or log in.

Help Window

This window is a shortcut of help option in Settings Apps of KaiOS Devices.

You can open help Window by clicking Help option above.
