There are not any feature to type Emoji in KaiOS Keyboard.
From here , You'll see how to create a Contact using your Android Device for KaiOS Devices.

•How to create using Android
In your Android Device ,
Create a new Contact.
In name input , Type your Favourite Emoji / Emojis.
Save your Contact.

Click on share via vCard.
Transfer the File in Your KaiOS Device using Bluetooth.

When you received the File. Open your File Manager in KaiOS Device.

In File Manager , open your Bluetooth folder.
Find the file you have received.

Open the file , you'll see an option to Import the file in Contacts.
Select Yes.

The Contact with Emoji is now Added to your Contacts.
Now you need to edit the contact as you want.

Go to Contact application , find the contact.
Go to option , select Edit ,
Edit the contact as your choice.
Save the contact.

All Done. You have added Emoji in your Favourite Contact.
